My practice is deeply rooted in the natural world. I sense a strong connection to the cycles of the moon, the turning of the seasons and the rhythm of the earth. Over the years I have held space in psychic circles and facilitated sound immersion and drumming ceremonies, with shamanic practices woven into my approach. this blend of mystical insight and grounded presence creates a unique and professional guidance for transformation.

I am also an astrologist and like to believe that all forms of seeing and intuition are very much connected to this too as we are all in the circle of life and I believe that answers and guidance from the universe are always available to us.

I have two lovely dogs whom I love taking on long walks, being outside has a particularly strong appeal to me as it is there that we can sometimes find the peace and quiet to find clarity when it is needed and to calm the mind, nature is a therapy and being around it is very beneficial to our wellbeing
