  Quick chat with Sally as I really only had a couple of focused questions. The line was really poor and I could hardly hear through crackling, but clearly not Sally’s fault. She gave me insight into answers I was looking for. I had to ask a few questions beyond the initial one as the answers were a little vague and not a lot of clarity or detail. But that’s ok. I think my situation isn’t clear anyway! She gave enough that was I was satisfied at end the call. Just a shame about the line.
