  We always hurt the ones we shouldn’t but it is natural and human behaviour. It hurts both sides but forgiving others is easy forgiving ourselves is one of the hardest things we have to do. You are beautiful and I can see that people see that so why shouldn’t you believe it about yourself too. Rose quartz is a wonderful gentle yet powerful crystal that helps to promote with energy self love, self confidence and soothes the emotions of the heart. Keep strong darling, love jane x

  Aquamarine Crystal is the only crystal that helps bring back snippets of memory from past life which are relevant but also gives you the courage to go through it.   The energy is increasing in your home with answers and knowledge to help you in all your endeavours and relationships which must mean change but not necessarily for you but in the guidance that you give which is so important at this present time.
