  Thank you for all your fantastic guidance and support over the last while. I have definitely decided no more donuts in my life. They leave a horrible bitter taste, so they have gone for good.   Good evening, don’t be surprised if you go off shiny apples, or even sweet strawberries. The pull of the doughnuts over a bowl of fruit has wrecked many ladies diets.
