  A very quick call to Alexa, and a very quick question. Didn't necessarily hear what I wanted to hear, but that's why we call, don't we? She was to the point and very warm and lovely. A very positive and supportive lady. I ended the call feeling deflated, and whilst she did beautifully try to pick me up from that, I still struggled to comprehend an outcome that I believed was the total opposite. Time will tell. Spirit delivers what they need to at the time.
