Ghosts exist, says Love Hewitt

Hollywood beauty Jennifer Love Hewitt is convinced ghosts exist after an on set psychic contacted her grandmother during a seance. The actress had been getting to grips with the supernatural during filming of hit TV show Ghost Whisperer. The show is based on the lives of spirit guide James Van Praah and Medium Mary Ann Winkowsi and they had been introducing Jennifer to the spirit world.
She says “We had an evening with James where he did this thing and my Grandmother came through. She just wanted to say hello and tell me that she was looking out for me, it was really nice.” Love Hewitt plays a woman who can communicate with the recently deceased in Ghost Whisperer and the cast and crew were spooked in real life too. On a chat show she told the host “We’ve had lights move, literally three and half inches to the left, as you’re sitting there the lights just move!”
“And we’ve had lights burst over actors’ heads when they’re playing people who don’t believe in ghosts. A light will burst into a million pieces right over them. Some people are saying – we’re not guest starring on that show!” “But as for me and the crew we think, awesome, maybe ghosts are with us.”
As if that wasn’t enough, whilst filming a tense scene, crew members noticed movement in the shadows behind her. Love Hewitt and the crew crowded around the monitor to watch the scene played back and were shocked to see what looked like a real spirit turning behind her on the monitor screen.
Jennifer was so surprised by what she saw she insisted the un-edited footage be kept so she could show family, friends and TV hosts. Whilst airing the footage on comedienne Ellen’s show she said “this just showed up on the footage and the editor came up with chills on his arms and said ‘I need somebody else to tell me they’re seeing this’. “Seconds before that on the footage of the dailies, it’s not there and it’s not there afterwards, just for that fleeting minute” Maybe the spirit world is trying to tell her something!
