Something to think about..

I called in a bit of a congested headspace hoping for clarity and answers. Difficult call because I don't like sharing intimate details at the start as it reduces trust imho. It tends to get things off on the wrong foot though, and in this case Crystal wasn't sure she could assist but I wanted to give things a go so we persisted, sticking to the 20 minutes of the pay per minute offer. I left feeling slightly agitated & even more contemplative but that's not her fault.

Amazing insights
