I gave her more relevant information than she gave me. I found myself struggling to be listened to. I ended up talking really fast before she spoke over me. She laughed after she spoke a few times. Made me feel that she didn't believe it herself. She told me that I need to move on about 4 times. That was very annoying and patronising. Very disjointed rapport. It was my first time so I was only being charged 29p a minute for the first 10 minutes. It felt very hurried.

I found the reading to be disappointing and didn't really help me at all. I found any questions I asked to be vague and not really answered. A few things were completely off the mark.
