How did you get into giving readings?

I went to development classes at the College of Psychic Studies and we were given people to "read" for whom were not allowed to respond to anything we said. Then they would report back the next day to the teacher who took the mediumship classes. He told me I had 100% accuracy in my readings and this gave me the confidence in my own abilities to begin working professionally.



Was there a special reason or event in your life that made you decide to help other people?

In my 20s I often overanalysed everything, took things personally and quickly got depressed. Things changed when I had a car accident at the age of 28. Thankfully I escaped with just bruises and whiplash, but within days I had constant bad luck. My handbag was stolen at work and my relationship ended. I thought I was getting bad karma and went to see a psychic for direction. She told me that I had a strong psychic ability and ability to heal and it was my soul’s destiny to help others. If I didn’t I would continue to have bad luck, but if I were to help others, my whole life would change for the better. So out of sheer panic I quickly set about embarking on a psychic development course fearing the worst if I didn’t. I soon realised that when I was giving out my energy to other people it made me more energised and content. My depression that had dogged me all my life disappeared, as if I had released pent up energy and suddenly I seemed to create good luck, coincidences and happiness in my life. I also found real meaning in my life when I could help others to heal, change and take charge of their lives.



What did you work as before and what made you change careers?

I have had many different careers in my life, from being a secretary when I left school, a recruitment consultant and a holiday rep. I was working as a medical secretary before the car accident and then on a parallel path I became a freelance writer and author as well as working as a psychic and I still combine this now with my psychic work.



Can you tell us a little about your work?

I work as a clairvoyant medium which means I can link with someone’s loved ones in spirit as well as linking with the aura of the person. I work clairvoyantly, seeing images literal and symbolically as you might in dream state, clairaudiently, hearing information from spirit guides or loved ones in spirit and clairsentiently which means I sense or just ‘know’ what something means and this is the glue that holds the reading together. I also use angel cards, which help me to get a higher spiritual perspective on someone’s life as well as linking into past lives to unravel relationships and karmic issues.



Do you have an interesting or exciting story that you can share with us that you have experienced since becoming a reader?

An example of intuitive guidance bringing results is when a girl in her late 20s had a reading and told me she had not had a relationship for five years. She was upset that she might never meet anyone. Her parents lived on a farm in Oxfordshire and she only went out socialising in London. I just knew that if she started to socialise in the local pub right by her parent’s house she would meet her Mr Right! She told me that she wouldn’t dream of going into such a country bumpkin pub as it wasn’t trendy or lively enough. I said firmly that it was up to her and that was my guidance if she wanted to change her bad luck with men. A few months later, I heard from her and she was ecstatic saying that she did go into her the local pub near her parents, met a man that same night and they have been together ever since. She believed he was her soul mate. It’s the perfect example of how psychics can pick up information to help your life change dramatically that you would never normally know.
