Even from the tender age of around five, I remember feeling I was quite different from my friends who always seemed a bit puzzled by my references to my imaginary friend 'Bakko'. A lady came to me a few years ago who was rather upset that the man she'd been living with had moved away without her. His job meant relocating to Holland and she didn't want to leave her family. She said she really didn't think he'd go without her but as he did, they had parted on bad terms and he hadn't been in touch for about three months.
