My first real experience was at the age of 7. I awoke in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. I saw a vision of a man there and he spoke to me, using my name and telling me not to be scared. He said he was my dad's brother, Eric. I wasn't scared, I was just unaware that my father even had a brother! I ran and woke my dad and he explained that his brother died in the 1960's of a heart attack. That was the turning point for my father from a sceptic to an understanding of my gift. Eric is now one of my spirit guides.
