At TheCircle we strive to provide our customers with the best possible standard of service available within the Psychic industry. This is from your first interaction with a Customer Care Agent, right through to your reading with one of our amazingly talented Psychics. Despite our best efforts, there may be occasions where you may not be entirely happy with the service you have experienced. We take these situations very seriously and will always try our very best to restore your faith in us. The ways in which you can raise an issue are detailed below. We are continually working to improve our service, so all feedback is greatly appreciated.
Contact via telephone – you can call the Customer Care team on the telephone number below and we will attempt to resolve your issue there and then. Should the issue require escalation, the Customer Care agent will send your details over to our specialist Customer Service team who will be in touch within 48 hours to help resolve your issue.

Please clearly outline the issue that you wish to raise and include your registered telephone number and your preferred form of contact

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, you may wish to contact to us with a complaint about our service. Please also include your registered telephone number so that we can contact you easily, should we need to discuss the matter further with you.
